Happy Hotel Kalkan

The hotel offers a good breakfast with a lot of variety.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cleaning service was inadequate, as the floor was not cleaned during our entire stay. The check-in process was poorly managed, leaving us without important information throughout our five days. To add to the frustration, I found the furniture in the room to be outdated and uncomfortable, which detracted from my overall experience.

Fantastic experience there. Comfortable & wonderful hotel, incredible location to the Kalamar beach club, courteous staff. Spotless room with exceptionally comfortable bed and absolutely fabulous garden views. Delicious and gorgeous breakfast with lots of food. Marvellous service, free parking available outside. Pool bar and well-maintained pool.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again for a trip, enjoyed it. Thanks to all fairly friendly staff.

Consider exploring the local dining spots for better variety and prices than the hotel menu offers.

We stayed at the Happy hotel at the end of October, so it was the end of season, & there was hardly anybody else there. The staff were very helpful, friendly & polite. We were on a bed & breakfast basis, & it was a good variety. Excellent home made jams. The hotel on the whole needs a touch of tlc. Also a car is very useful.

The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice and big to spend the evening in.

Breakfast daily same, nothing special. The staff at the reception (a certain person) smelled unpleasant and was very unfriendly.

Can recommend for a short staycation

Spacious room, good breakfast, the regular shuttle service to nearby attractions made exploring hassle-free.

Don't have any issues at all.

Big and nice pool, big room (suite 5 people), great hotel at all

This is a very comfortable and friendly hotel with excellent views. It is approximately 20 minutes walk to the town centre and the hotel run a courtesy bus several time a day with the last pick up being 10.30pm. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Perfect for families seeking relaxation

The shower, it was powerful , nothing like a good rinse after long days by the pool. Plus, they had a bar with lovely drinks right by the pool where the staff treated us like family. The atmosphere.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but considering the service, it was alright.

The hotel staff were excellent, really genuine, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool (half olympic size) was one of the reasons we booked this hotel and was also excellent. Beautiful views over Kalamar Bay (pretty sunsets over the mountains) and handy for Kalamar Beach Club. The hotel runs 3 free return buses per day into the centre of Kalkan but there are good restaurants and small bars within walking distance if you didn't want to go into Kalkan centre.

The food at breaksfast wasnt great and we stayed at the hotel one evening to try their food but it was a bit disappointing. Not a massive problem though.

Fantastic staff . Lovely location on side of the hill with fabulous views over the bay. Great suite which was enormous. Great pool.

The showers are outdated and uncomfortable!!! Air conditioning maintenance needs serious attention as it struggled to keep up!!! Adding kitchenware in rooms would be a sensible improvement too!!!

Fantastic hotel, gorgeous large pool area looking out on a stunning scenery. Very relaxing, great service from staff truly genuine, would recommend it. Excellent value for money.

The distance to town may put some off, however we found the walk quite doable for a short stay.
